Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, since July this year, invoices issued by FedEx and DHL have shown that most shipments sent to the United States have been subject to customs duties,with the charges directly deducted from the shipper’s account. Furthermore, both FedEx and DHL have officially announced that all shipments to the U.S., regardless of declared value, will be subject to duties, with duty rates fluctuating between 20% and 50%. This policy has officially taken effect in written form as of August 25, 2025.

As your long-term partner, IN3DTEC is committed to helping you save both time and costs, and to reducing unnecessary expenses caused by additional processes. Therefore, starting from August 29, all orders shipped to the United States will be handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, with IN3DTEC prepaying the customs duties on your behalf to ensure a smoother and faster delivery process.

At the same time, in order to ease the cost pressure brought by this policy, our company will share part of the duty costs with you. The exact amount of duties will be clearly indicated on each invoice and order for your easy reference and management.
